How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days and arrive within 5–7 days depending on your location. All beer ships cold-packed with ice packs to maintain freshness.
Can I schedule pickup at the taproom?
Absolutely! Select 'Taproom Pickup' at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 24 hours. Our host desk is open Monday–Sunday, 3pm–10pm.
What is your minimum order for custom releases?
We require a minimum of 24 bottles for private label projects. Contact our cellar team to discuss your vision, timeline, and budget.
Do you ship outside of Oregon?
Yes! We currently ship beer and merch to WA, CA, ID, and MT. Check back for expanded shipping regions. Merch ships nationwide.
What's your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If anything arrives damaged or doesn't meet expectations, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
